Warranties
If you receive a product that is defective or is damaged in shipment, it will be replaced immediately with no cost to you. Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of selling recorded media, we can't just give refunds for items that simply aren't to your taste. This is why we place many audio samples on this site to give you an idea of the quality of the recordings and performances. Please check these out to your satisfaction. Also, visit the feedback page to see what others say. All of that said, if you have a legitimate problem or complaint, please let us know. Shipping CDs are shipped via the postal service, first-class mail or Priority mail except for quantity orders. For International orders, we use Global Priority. Normal delivery time:
If you have a special need for Express shipping, please contact us, and we will accommodate! Payments Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, or check. Credit card approvals will be done before the product is shipped. Checks will be deposited upon our receipt, and a 10 day period will be allowed to pass for clearing before shipment is made. Your order placed through this website to be paid for with a check are considered an 'order' for information purposes only. The 'order' is processed and complete when the funds have cleared, i.e. after we receive a check from you, and several days thereafter. Ordering ChoirsLive was set up as an on-line ordering system. As such, this process is the easiest and most efficient. If you wish to pay by check, it is still best to order on-line and choose the MAIL CHECK option. The information for your order will be received by us, and we will await your check in the mail. There is no need for a paper form as long as you have access to internet ordering. You may also place a credit card order over the phone if you wish. You may speak to a live person if you call us. You may need to leave a message, and someone will return your call.
